The employees were all very helpful but their hands were tied by the fact that delivery is outsourced to an unresponsive gig work company

Convenient but costly!
Would RecommendI love the Ego Weed wacker and auto refill option and this dual cord lets you know where to stop, but I find that it breaks more and I have to replace it more frequently. This is going to cost more money in the long run, so I'm going to get the spool and cut it myself instead of these precut ones.
