Dishwasher leaks out of the box/ Lowes won't help

Doing a remodel, so dishwasher was not immediately installed. Lowes will only help if within 48 hours of purchase, they pass it off to Edgestar. Dishwasher leaks badly from the front left. Do not recommend, and I am, not happy that Lowes would sell a low quality product and offer no support.

Pathetic service. STILL not installed! Furious!

I bought my dishwasher over a month ago and it's still not installed. Cannot get a human response and the dishwasher is sitting in my carport. Never, never, never buying from them again!

Washer does its job well.

Installer discovered the brass fitting at the water inlet was cracked, casing a leak. Luckily, he had a replacement and all is well. Otherwise, I’m loving the washer and appreciate the adjustable top rack.

Don’t waste your money

Used the dishwasher 3 times. First two times worked great. The third time it gave an E4 error code and would not work. A plumber came out and checked installation and everything was installed correctly and no drainage issue was detected. He found some leaks from the dishwasher basin into the electrical panels. I’m having a hard time getting a hold of edgestar to submit a warranty claim. We never had a dishwasher and paid a lot of money to have hook ups installed, cabinetry removed for this to on...

I have a small kitchen, so I got this 18-inch dishwasher. It's been working well since install last year

Don't even consider it!

Purchased first unit last year. $150m installation fee. Water pump error within first six months. Still under 12 month warranty. Mfg. replaced. Second unit installed, $150 installation fee, water pump failed again in first six months. Lowes extra warranty kicked in, but instead of repairing, they wanted to replace. Managed to get my initial purchase price back, but we will be adding another $150m charge to install my next dishwasher, a Frigidaire, I will have paid $450 total on installation fees...

Still works perfectly 3 years after purchase

We've had no problems with this dishwasher. Works perfectly for household of two. LOVE the size. Anything bigger wouldn't match our needs. Sleek hardware and buttons make it easy to keep the front clean. I would buy this again. Highly recommend.

3 hrs after delivery, 2 error messages

There is no way to turn the control board off when not in use!!!!!
