Liked the product very much. Exactly as advertised however had a dent in the front side of one side of the shutters, see photo. Chose to repair the dent rather than return and take a chance that another one would also be damaged more. Had to buy filler and took an extra time to fill the dent. Unexpected and unnecessary work had the shutter been properly inspected prior to delivery. Disappointed in arrival condition but do like the shutters, exactly what we wanted.

Great quality

Solid, great quality! Trying to match our existing shutters. These are the same size and style, bur much better quality!!

major warping

These started out fine. I painted them and they were pretty easy to install if a little less dense than I was expecting. I installed them in March and by June they started bowing away from the house. It’s August now and they are very warped. Definitely do not recommend if you live anywhere with heat.

Not stainable

I purchased this intending on staining it and it's a flat surface and does NOT look like wood.
