What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this drain cleaning system for its exceptional effectiveness at clearing stubborn clogs caused by hair and grease buildup. Most report immediate, lasting results that restored normal drainage and saved them from costly plumber visits. The two-step process—using the snake tool to remove debris followed by gel to dissolve residue—is widely appreciated for its simplicity and reliability. Many highlight how the mechanical and chemical components work together as a complete solution. A few users noted minor issues like difficulty maneuvering the snake or strong odor, but these concerns were rare and did not diminish overall satisfaction. Most customers consider this a worthwhile, effective alternative to professional drain cleaning.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The product was packaged neatly and compacted in the box. I used it on my sink, and it was a little difficult to push the red snake down the pipe because my sink has a drain topper that I couldn't get off. After a lot of elbow grease, I was able to get it to unclog the sink. Now I want to try it in the bathtub. That is where the hair monsters lie.

Like the tool
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The package came with a tool that you place into the drain and move around to "lock" in the clog and pull it out. It also came with a 16 fl oz bottle of drano. The tool was easy to use and snake down the drain, got a clog. Poured the drano gel down the sink. Let it sit for 30 mins and then flushed out with warm water. The clog was no longer there

Works great!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very pleased with just how well this product worked! The gel has a bit of a strong smell, but the product was so effective that I did not mind. I poured it into my slow draining shower drain and flushed it with hot water after 30 minutes. My shower drains like new now! The product is fantastic. Just be sure to follow the instructions!

Works great! Super convenient!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This two in one system for getting out clogged drains is very effective. Because it includes both a snake to break up the clog and the gel to chemically break up the clog. It’s pretty effective. I think what I appreciated most about the combination is the gel doesn’t have a super strong smell, and so it is safe to use in a family environment. Our shower drain was extremely smelly and clogged and after just one treatment and a half hour of waiti...

Good for cleaning
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used just the snake so far and it worked well! Haven't had a need to use the gel system yet but will advise on how it works. I have heard it does not always work well

Drano is always a great option!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We poured this down the floor drain in our basement as it was backing up. Worked just great like Drano normally does! Will always reach for Drano products first!

Good Product
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, it’s Drano and it works every time. I love that it comes in a combo. The instructions are simple; snake first and then use the Drano per the instructions on the back of the box…simple. I docked one star because of the snake. The one they provide is stored in the box like a square shape. If you want to use it the same day you purchase, try your best to unbend the snake, otherwise, it takes a little longer to use the snake. And you can exp...

Amazing!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really surprised how well this worked! It was sooo easy and really quick, literally pour it down the drain and wait 30 mins. I will definitely recommend this!

It works
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love that this drain clog remover comes with a drain snake! I do wish the snake was a bit more rigid as it was my experience that it was a little difficult to force through the clogged hair to pull the clump out. But once it was finally removed, the gel was able to clear the remaining debris and I now have a nice flowing drain!

Easy fix for a clog
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Drano Snake Plus Dream Drain cleaning kit was very easy to use. My youngest decided to flush a big wad of paper towels down the toilet and using this tool and gell system made the big problem an easy fix.

Powerful stuff
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been having clogged sinks. I have 2 boys so you can imagine what they do. Well I tried this stuff and let's just say it did its job. Didn't want to show all the gunk but probably should have. Anyway the tool for it is pretty long and bendy. Others I've gotten in the past were shorter. But I like that it's longer and more flexible and can get into more areas. The scent was okay I mean it's chemicals right. As far as value goes I'd say prett...

Super easy to use!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Drano Snake Plus Tool + Gel System is super easy to use, and it is very affordable. The 23 inch Snake Tool that is provided in the package is really helpful. The Tool helped to loosen up the clog a bit, and it pulled some gunk out of the drain. The gel was easy to use since you just pour it down the drain. The gel is clear, and it doesn't have a strong scent to it. You wait 30 minutes for the gel to work, and then you run hot water down the...

Great combination, especially the included drain “
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like this Drano Snake Plus Tool + gel system that I recently tried for my clogged sink. It is wonderful that it comes with the snake tool, as I have long hair and boy, does it get clogged in the drain. The snake helped get a lot of the clogged hair out before I put the solution in the drain, which worked quite quickly

The snake tool and gel knock out my clogged drain
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried the Drano Snake Plus + Gel System because I was tired of fighting with stubborn bathroom sink clogs, and I have to say it’s a pretty solid value since you get both the snake tool and a strong gel in one kit. The combination works better than just pouring gel alone, the snake pulls up a surprising amount of hair, and then the gel finishes the job so the drain actually flows like new. The scent isn’t overwhelming or harsh like some drain ...

Always have Drano in our home!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As the owner of an older home with an original bathroom, and as a woman with very long, thick hair, Drano has saved the day on multiple occasions. The Drano Snake Plus Tool + Gel System is the perfect kit to unclog all drains - bathtubs, showers, sinks, and more! I liked the snake best in this kit because it has very small spikes on the sides that act more like hooks to grip onto whatever is clogging your drain. Drano is a regular purchase in o...

Anti clog
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I liked this product for the cost of it. I close up to the tool is pictured, you can see the grooves were created to really grab onto the clogged hair. Having the tool and gel in one purchase is super convenient!

The best duo for hard to displace clogs
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tool and gel system worked quickly in safe and easy to open and use packaging. Not much of a chemical scent like most toilet unclogging gels. You get a lot in the bottle and a little goes a long way. The snaking tool is very strong and flexible to get the job done.

Problem Solved!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Drank has always been an effective product when it comes to clogged drains. This new gel with a snake tool is fantastic! Works in 30 minutes, just follow instructions, no overly chemical smell and it comes with a reusable snake that you can use to remove hair, etc... It is a great price as the snake tool can be used over and over again.
