What Customers Are Saying
Most customers praise the cabinets for attractive design, stylish finishes, and strong value for the price, noting they look expensive despite budget-friendly cost. Many commend easy installation and smooth functionality with deep drawers and ample storage. However, a substantial group reports serious quality control issues including damaged units, misaligned doors, and cheap particle board construction. Some mention missing soft-close hinges and color inconsistencies. Overall, customers find them worthwhile for laundry rooms and storage but express caution about durability for kitchen use.

misleading description
Would Not RecommendThis is the description of these drawers "Includes 2 all-wood extra deep drawer boxes for convenient organized kitchen storage". this is VERY misleading, the drawer boxes are 6 inches deep, the drawer fronts are 14 inches, so the box inside is not even half of the depth. I assume this is why they provide NO PICTURES of inside of any of the cabinets. They seem very flimsy when opening the drawer due to the boxes being so short. description also says each drawer will hold 75 LBS, I am very...

I bought these cabinets for my laundry room makeover, and I’m so glad I did because they were absolutely worth every penny! The supervisor in the clearance department was amazing too—great customer service goes a long way. I’ve been wanting to redo my laundry room for years and finally get rid of all that builder-grade stuff. I’m actually glad I waited because I was so stuck on what direction I wanted to go next. As every homeowner knows, everything is expensive these days, but when I walked int...

Poor Quality Cabinets
Would Not RecommendI’m extremely disappointed with this Diamond cabinet purchase. The cabinet arrived in very poor condition and was practically falling apart out of the box. Multiple joints and components were loose and barely holding together, which is unacceptable for a product at this price point. To make matters worse, the delivery was scheduled to arrive before 2:30 p.m. but didn’t show up until around 3:00 p.m. We had countertop installers waiting on site, causing unnecessary delays and added frustration. ...

Damaged and incomplete order
Would Not RecommendI scheduled an online delivery to correspond with the contractor schedule. Not only was the delivery incomplete one of the cabinets delivered arrived in a badly damaged box and the cabinet was dinged up. There were not able to replace that day so I had to buy off the shelf cabinets from another store that day. Total inconvenience all around. I won't even get into the hassle to get these items returned and the undelivered items cancelled.

Good Cabinets
Would RecommendThese cabinets are of Economy grade meaning the quality is some less than more expensive cabinets. I had some damage I. Shipment but Lowe’s quickly replaced the damaged items. I would purchase again if I needed cabinets for a cheaper project. They look great installed.

incorrect product sent-twice
We previously ordered item # 1697402 Natural Stained Hickory and what was delivered was gray shaker. We ordered it a second time and the same incorrect product was delivered. We have returned both and are hoping with our 3rd order it will be the correct product. We spoke to someone in the kitchen cabinet department at the store and unfortunately, they only advise they could give was order it AGAIN and hope the correct product is sent.
