What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the cabinets' sturdy construction, smooth finishes, and solid wood quality, with many describing them as well-made and worth the investment. However, a substantial portion report receiving defective units with cracked frames, chipped paint, dents, or cabinets built out of square. Order accuracy problems are widespread—incorrect sizes, missing parts, and mismatched specifications frustrate many reviewers. Several customers cite poor communication and conflicting staff updates. Some note glass doors aren't included despite marketing implications. Despite strong product quality when items arrive intact, operational failures and defects significantly undermine overall satisfaction for a considerable number of buyers.

Poor 3rd party shipping
Would Not RecommendProduct seems fine. Shipping was the issue. Lowes used a third-party shipper, who then hired another third-party shipper. Was supposed to arrive in 3 weeks, it took 5 weeks. Second shipper said they called, but no record of it in my phone records. So we finally scheduled a delivery date, and of course they were a no-show. So had to reschedule. Might be better to pick up at Lowes store instead.
