What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the cabinets' construction, smooth finishes, and durability, with many noting sturdy builds, excellent hinges, and drawer slides that exceed expectations. However, a substantial portion report serious problems: inaccurate delivery windows, delayed shipments, incorrect order tracking, and damaged goods including cracked frames, chipped paint, dents, and missing parts. Several received wrong dimensions or incomplete orders. Many also criticize inconsistent communication and difficulty reaching support to resolve errors. While those who received undamaged units express satisfaction, delivery and order accuracy issues significantly undermine the overall experience for many customers.

Craft Room Cabinets
Would RecommendWe received our cabinets a week earlier than expected. We installed them this weekend and are really happy with them. The quality craftsmanship is amazing. I would not hesitate to buy them again. We did have them shipped directly to Lowes because of previous reviews. We picked them up at our local Lowes. Where can I find the paint for touch up? We got the Moonstone Gray.

not 36" wide, only 27" ...
Would Not RecommendYour pictured specifications are inaccurate!! 36x24x34.5".. This blind corner only measures 27" we have a small kitchen and needed to fill as much as possible with cabinet storage... Yes, I know the drill about pulling away from the corner, but 9" is too much! What are the ACTUAL measurements of the 42" blind corner? Your description is misleading and I really wish I would have known prior to receiving our cabinets!!! Please let me know the 42" measurements asap!!!

Given wrong size
Would RecommendWe ordered this with the knowledge of the dimensions being 36in W x 34.5in H 24 in D. When we got it, it was the wrong size, a size that isn't even on the website? Other then that its nice.
