What Customers Are Saying
Customers praise the cabinets' construction, smooth finish, and sturdy materials, with many noting impressive craftsmanship and high-end appearance that rivals pricier alternatives. Door hinges and drawer slides are frequently highlighted as well-made. However, a substantial portion report serious defects including cracks, dents, chipped paint, and frames built out of square. Many also describe frustrating delivery delays, inaccurate tracking, and incorrect orders. Despite strong product quality when items arrive undamaged and correct, widespread complaints about delivery coordination and product condition significantly impact overall satisfaction.

Not received.
Would Not RecommendNot received and nobody can tell me when/ if delivery will arrive. And nobody at Lowes seems to care. Ordered 1/10, delivery scheduled for 1/27, never showed up. Website said delayed, now says shipped & due to arrive 1/26!

plywood cabinet cut for glass
Would Not Recommendno stars should this product receive or any other items from this vendor. Poor quality, broken doors, cracked frame. Price is high because of glass doors but glass is not included. No link to order glass. who in the world will buy expensive cabinet and no glass. total scam!!! I returned without hesitation I don't recommend this to purchase.

Not Great Quality for the Price
Would Not RecommendTruly disappointed with these cabinets for the cost. I ordered a total of six cabinets, each one of them either required a lot of adjustment or have visible flaws. Let's first start with the color - the color I received looks NOTHING like the color in the photos. While the photos look like a true gray, what I received was a blue gray, with an emphasis on blue. And while there is a claim that these cabinets "ship" in five days, that is far from accurate. And then somehow my phone number was giv...

Do not order these!
Would Not RecommendAfter waiting a month and a half for our cabinet order, I was finally told by Lowe’s that they were unable to reach the supplier and recommended I cancel the order because there was no estimated shipping date. During that time, I had to call multiple times, sit on hold, and get transferred between departments with no proactive communication from Lowe’s. When I asked if they would offer any kind of compensation for the delay and poor communication, a manager said no. Extremely disappointing exper...

Never received cabinets
Would Not RecommendI got the shipping notification for my cabinet order, but no tracking information. The estimated delivery date came and went with no cabinets delivered. Lowe's canceled and refunded my order and told me to re-order them, but won't honor the sale price of my original order. Will be looking elsewhere for my next order and wouldn't recommend purchasing cabinets from Lowe's to anyone.
