What Customers Are Saying
Most customers praise the cabinets' sturdy construction, smooth finishes, and solid wood materials, with many noting hinges and drawer slides function well and the quality exceeds expectations. However, a substantial group reports significant frustration with order accuracy, delivery coordination, and tracking updates—many describe receiving wrong-sized cabinets, weeks without communication, or failed deliveries despite promises. Some mention missing hardware or installation challenges. A few experienced defective units with cracked frames or chipped paint. Overall, while product craftsmanship impresses most, operational and service issues create a divided customer experience.

Lowes has the wrong dimensions. This product does not come in 42x30x24, it only comes in 42x30x12. Lowes only response was sorry, take more time and money out of your day to return them for a refund.
