Bring back the old bar
Would Not RecommendI have used the new yellow soap and find it has a real strong scent. The new scent makes my wife want to throw-up, I found a multipack of the old yellow dial and what a pleasant less scented bar. I would like to see the original bar scent return. As far as I can remember the old white dial bar was unscented.

Horrible Smell
Would Not RecommendI bought this soap thinking that it was the gold soap that I've bought for years but it is not. It smells horrible. Why was the formula changed. I'll never buy this soap again!! It's the worst and I really want my money back!

Won’t buy anymore.
Would Not RecommendWe have been using this soap for years. The ingredients must have changed recently because the bars get soggy and fall apart. I will be looking for another brand. Let me know if you go back to the original recipe and I will try your soap again. Trying to make the soap cheaper isn’t working.

I am very dissapointed now with Dial Soap. I don't know if you have changed the ingrediants or not. I have been using Dial for upteen years now. One of the main reasons is because I got to use the total bars. It would stick to the new bar so I was not wasting any. First you changed the size smaller and now it doesn't stick. I am now wasting money on it.

Formula Change
Would Not RecommendThere has been a recent change in the formula that has wreaked havoc on my skin. I could tell it smelled a bit different but gave it a try. Noticed it felt different on my skin then a little later started to burn, cause dermatitis bumps, and stripped my skin. Hope they return the old formula.

Horrible changes to dial
The new formula is terrible. It makes my skin break out and it's slimy. It smells awful. And it does not lather well. Please bring back the gold original smell and composition across all dial gold products. I am looking for alternatives because I can't stand it anymore and I've been using this my entire life.

Dial has lost it’s scent
Would Not RecommendOur family has used Dial soap forever! My favorite is the gold bar but something has happened to this wonderful soap. It doesn’t smell like it used to and I’ve stopped buying it and tri tried it again. Thought I got a bad batch but apparently you’ve changed something. The white bar doesn’t even smell the same, what has happened to my Dial soap!!! I won’t buy it again. I’ve actually calls and expressed my disappointment but it’s still the saddest soap, please fix it.

Having a problem, please advise!
Would Not RecommendI have been using dial soap for many years. When I buy it I unwrap the bars so the soap can cure and never had a problem until now. Several months ago the soap I was curing was actually wet! I keep the bars in a cool dry place in an uncovered container. The bars do not last long at all and they seem smaller than usual. I have been very disappointed and I am considering changing brands!
