Got it as Christmas gift, finally get a project worthy of pulling it out, 2nd cut in blade spits free and blade chuck is broke. Wife wasted money, rather work with Harbor freight tools, at least i know what to expect and don't feel bad when they fail so readily.

Would RecommendI chose plug-in because it’s not an item I’ll use everyday and batteries don’t hold up. The project I used it on was to cut off rusty bolts. It cut like going thru butter. I used a metal cutting blade. The angle was versatile, and saws all has the choice of different blade placement. I was very happy with how it works.
