Continued poor handling
Update to review of 2weeks ago regarding approximate $48 charge for un-delivered 3 items. Lowes responded with post saying to call them to discuss what happened. Number called. Customer service person assured me all would be resolved, seemed sympathetic, left a message for the store manager and assured me he would reach out to me but she couldn’t get through herself. Over a week later. Still no contact. Lowes on line ordering system and customer service is not to be trusted.
