Ratings & Reviews for DEWALT TOUGH GRIP 1-in Security Torx Screwdriver Bit Set 7 -Piece

Just what I needed

They are the secure torx bits and the worked perfectly on the job that I needed them for

Replacement only

I wouldn't buy this unless it's as a replacement. A much smarter purchase would be the higher bit count set for $30 bucks

nice bit set

I needed a small star bit set for my impact driver and to also fit a another small tool I needed for close quarters, these are great bits from Dewalt tools and they are very tough to handle most projects, and they are in the most used sizes and above, highly recommend them

Security Torx Bits

I needed to repair the washing machine at work, pronto! These bits did the job and the machine was up and running by break time! I always trust Lowe's for most of my hand tool, power tool and accessory purchases.

Broke on the first try!!

I needed the T27 bit to remove screws from the hood of my car. I inserted it into a ratchet. These are supposed to be "tough grip" bits but the head of the bit broke off into the screw on the same day I purchased it!! There were 6 screws that needed to be loosened. The bit broke on the 5th screw. Now I have to return to the store to find a T27 bit that wont break to finish the job. This is a huge hassle. I will never buy this brand for bits again. I wish there was a warranty.

Tool for my ATV

I needed these tools to work on my 4wheeler. They worked great as they should.

JUNK

I bought this set as I needed the T-10 bit. First time I used it , it broke !! I took set back to Lowes & was refunded my money. I only used the T-10 bit, so that's all I'm reviewing.

Nice!

This is a great bit set with the largest selection of sizes in one package that I could find. The several that I have used to date have worked well and held-up.
