What Customers Are Saying
The 10-inch grinding wheel appears to be a versatile and durable cutting tool that can handle a variety of materials, including metal, concrete, and masonry. Many reviewers found it effective for cutting through aluminum, steel, and even stainless steel. The wheel is described as long-lasting, with one reviewer noting it still had a third of its life left after making nearly 20 cuts. However, its performance may vary depending on the application, as some users reported it cut slowly or inaccurately on aluminum. The wheel also seems to perform well on concrete and masonry, but is less suitable for cutting softer materials like slate.

Would RecommendIf you're patient, it will do fairly clean cuts in mild steel tubing. For my needs, it ripped through several pieces of square steel tubing quickly and easily. Would buy again.

Aluminum Oxide Grinding Wheel
Would RecommendI loaded this wheel on my compound mitre saw and it did an excellent job of cutting the ends off aluminum support beams for the pergola canopy that I was installing. The wheel appears as though it is still new after making almost twenty cuts.
Worked great, long lasting!
Would RecommendI bought two, thinking one would chip or fail during the job and I would need another. I was surprised to be wrong, it lasted the entire job and still has at least a third of it's life left. I got less sparking on metal than with a diamond blade at a tiny fraction of the price. The trade off being slightly slower cutting and double the blade width waste,

cuts but really makes heat
Would Not RecommendI I bought this for aluminum. it would cut it but was so hot the aluminum always melted. It worked but not very well. i would buy a bi-metal blade if doing it again.
