DeWalt brand Cobalt drill bit
The cobalt drill bit could not seem to drill into a set screw (that I was trying to remove). I expected the harder cobalt bit to be able to drill harder steel than ordinary high speed steel (HSS) drill bits, but this drill apparently could not drill into the steel of the set screw.

Don’t buy it you want to cut throungbhard steel.
Would Not RecommendI we as expecting a smooth definite cutting through harden steel. It was dull, cutting was poor, after 10 minutes very little penetration was made. The steel angle iron was from a bed frame. I pulled an old drill and cot the hole in about 5 minutes. It was a bad purchase.

Would Not RecommendIt is absolutely NO WAY these are cobalt drill bits. It took me 6 hrs, off and on, to drill 4 holes in 1/16 SS. I bought 2 bits and never open the 2nd, with the intentions of taking them both back for a refund. I have used these drill bits before on the SAME project with a totally different experience. Portsmouth, Virginia store located in Victory Crossing. No exaggeration .... 6hrs to drill 4 holes. Ridiculous.
