Poor Thickness Tolerance
Would Not RecommendA recent purchase of these biscuits had a lot of variation in thickness. Most were too thick to fit in the slot machined with my Dewalt biscuit jointer. I’ve purchased these in the past and they were great quality, but this last batch were terrible and unusable!
Too thick - inconsistent quality
Would Not RecommendThey are all too thick. Should be 4mm (5/32) [0.156"] so they slide easily in the slot and have some room to swell when they come into contact with the moisture in the glue. These are measuring up to [0.181"] thick so a joint with multiple biscuits and glue is too tight. Have to sand the faces of all of them down.

Would Not RecommendThe thickness of these biscuits are inconsistent, ranging from "too tight" to "too loose." For a project that needed 48 of them, I had to pick through 65. Over 30 percent were too loose, making them useless for alignment, which is their entire purpose. It looks like there are other reviews with the same complaint. I cannot recommend them. This was with a Makita corded biscuit cutter. The Ryobi brand biscuits fit perfectly and consistently.
