It may be a good product but you don't sell the drill to use it properly. All your drills run at too high of a rpm so the bit loses its sharpness quickly due to overheating even if you are oiling it. It should be used only in a drill press designed for metal cutting and you have no instructions about that on your bit and I doubt if any of your staff would know that.
