Finally bought this tool so I didn't have to borrow an identical one from a family member. This is my first DEWALT purchase as I begin to move away from another brand. The drill would be nice to add to my tools.

I finaley cut the cord!
Would RecommendI'v had a Rockwell multi-tool for years that works fantastically well, but it's corded and I'm constantly dragging out a 25 or 50 foot extension cord to use it. I like the features of this Dewalt: it has the same power as the Rockwell and the ballance is pretty good despite the weight of the battery. I'm not crazy about the variable speed trigger, as that is just one more thing you have to juggle when trying to concentrate on the cutting line, but it is what it is.
