DCG412B and DCG416B angle grinders
Bought this grinder and also the DCG416B, the bigger one to sharpen lawn mower blades. Have not been able to use as I need because the batteries get hot and keep shutting down. Have used my 5AH XR battery along with 2 new battery of the same, and the news ones even shut down on both grinders. Have reached out to Dewalt as to what batterys they reccomend, and can"t get a reasonable answer from them. Spent a lot of money on these grinders that I can't use as I want to. Great home grinder
Would RecommendGot this grinder for a good price, replaced a cheap corded grinder i had and it's perfect for around the house. Batteries won't last long if doing alot of cutting/grinding but overall very pleased with this. I recommend getting brand name cutting disc as well.

Great for light weight work
Would RecommendI got this for smaller, light weight grinding jobs. A 5aH batter is a must otherwise it won't cut. It has enough torque to cut, grind, and polish but I can still use it one handed when needed.
