Excellent impact wrench

This is a great impact wrench with all the strength you will ever needs if you’re an average mechanic. You could use it on some semis and tractors, but they make larger impact wrenches for that kind of equipment. 5 stars and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a good strong impact wrench.

Controllable beast

This new mid torque impact wrench is way strong but in a manageable way.this model compared to the last mid torque is a whole new game it's more powerful than some high torque units but the different speed selector and smart modes keeps it very user friendly. If your looking for the best all around impact wrench on the face of the earth look no farther you can't beat the dcf891

Power that will not disappoint.

From power lags to stubborn bolts, this thing does it all without breaking a sweat. When its not getting used in the shop, it rides around in my wife's car giving her peace of mind that changing a tire on the side of the road will be a breeze thanks to this impact. It does exactly what I have asked of it in every situation and would recommend it to anyone.

absolutely amazing tool

First off I just want to say I've been using DeWalt 20 volt tools since I started working at the age of 13 with my father. They always outperform with their power tools. This mid range 1/2" impact is extremely powerful but very delicate at the same time. It will break away stuck bolts and nuts with ease but without damaging what's being removed or removed from. It's very quiet decently lightweight and compact. It's a great choice for a diy type of person who works on they're own vehicle or frien...

This impact stopped working after about an hour light work of total use .

small gun with big power!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gun is durable and has loads of torque! its small size allows me to get into hard to reach places and as a mechanic that is a big deal. I work with a lot of rusty nuts and bolts and this gun breaks them all free without hesitation!

Can’t ask for a better tool

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love this tool. It’s amazing how smooth and effortless this tool operates compared to previous models. I recently refinished a trailer, and this tool took off rusted lug nuts so easily. With the “lug nut” feature it even governed the speed. Amazing.

Awesome impact. Tons of power, small size

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Awesome impact. Way stronger then the older dcf894 in the same exact size so just go and get this 1 and forget about the old model. This gets done what the old dcf899 high torque in a smaller footprint. Use it all the time and driving and removing 5/8" and 3/4" wedge and screw anchors. The new digital speed selector is a nice touch too. Works good and never accidentally switches modes like every milwaukee ive ever used.

Mighty and compact 1/2" impact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product was great! Typical Dewalt power. Flys through lug nuts and tough bolts. Love the compactness. Love the light selecting function. A little iffy on the button selectors seems like they could wear out over time. All in all still a great tool!

DCF891 Mid-range Impact wrench

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used the DCF891 1/2” mid range impact wrench to rotate my tires on my F250. It loosened the lugs in mode 2 with no issue at all and plenty of power to spare. There are 4 modes total, screw and then 1-3. This is an awesome tool to have for larger jobs where more torque is needed. I plan on using this on an upcoming job where I will need to install some Simpson 1/2”x8” concrete lag bolts and don’t expect it to have any issue driving them all th...
