It's very versatile; I use it for mechanics and for household tasks like fixing a lock or something like that. They're very good, I recommend them.

Durable

I've had this for many years now. I even forgot it out side for 3 day with heavy rain. It still works as it always did. It will destroy your bosh paddle bits but the chuck inside still looks good.

Keeps on tickin'

Bought in 2017 and have been very happy with this. Kinda beat up now but it still is working well after I lubricated the trigger and chuck.

I purchased this impact driver in 2020 due to it being made in USA [even though with global parts] and it has been kept in the original packaging and case for protection. I would take it out occasional and use it around the house on very small projects so at least it was being used. I am presently working on a deck build and my work Dewalt impact driver quit working, so I thought I'd use the dcf877 to finish up what I was working on. recently got some DeWalt tools to replace older tools and am very well pleased. Batteries charge fast and no waiting around while they charge. They fit your hand comfortably. I will be looking forward to my next project for sure. Would love trying out new tools from DeWalt because they keep their customers in mind when building their tools. thanks DeWalt.

very handy. until it stopped working

I'm not a professional user in that I use it about once every 2 weeks. Compair that to someone who uses it for work daily and you'll see why I expect a much longer life span on my drill. It has worked well for quite a while but suddenly the drill stopped turning and the lights started flashing rapidly. There is a rapid vibration that matches the light flashes. Good but has issues

I've had my feet won't impact driver for about a year now ran great up until about a week ago now all of a sudden it just stops near drill

Good tool but has problems

I'm a concrete guy, I use this tool every day. It works great until it doesn't, this is #4. It is either the little ball in the shaft that holds the bit in falls out or the TRIGGER goes out. I own many dewalt tools and never had a problem with them until they came out with the BRUSHLESS models. Not sure if this is the problem or not, but something needs to be done to fix this issue.

My Go-to Drill, Assembled in the USA by Americans

Purchased as a second / back-up to my primary drill. Came with 2 batteries and a solid case so now my Dewalt power tools have backup batteries, chargers and I have another drill to use instead of swapping bits. Assembled in the USA.
