I love the Dewalt Iwhen the impactor because it cuts the time putting in screws. Along with that it doesn't strip the screw like a drill will. The impactor senses when the screw in completely screwed in and stops at that point. The battery is also long lasting and will hold a charge when not in use.

It was ehat I needed.

This tool works very well. Wish I had purchased it years ago.

Long life batteries and plenty of power to drive screws or drill holes. Liked the 20 volt drill so much that I bought the impact driver for myself and one for my son!

This little buddy is a work horse. Been using on jobs varying from decks to inside kitchen remods. All goes well with this guy on hand.

Dissappointed

We recently needed to use it and went to charge the battery and the battery charger wont work. Im dissappointed because a new battery and charger are more than half the cost of what I paid for the kit to begin with. Wish it lasted more than a few uses.

It’s been dropped off roofs straight to concrete, been with me through many of rainy days, it gets abused! But never has it had a single hiccup. When it comes time to get a new one I’ll be buying the same exact one.

Well built for tough jobs

DCF885 20 volt Impact - Abused daily

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own a fence and deck company and use 2 Dewalt impact drivers on a daily basis. These are amazing tools. When building decks we may run thousands of screws in a day. These drivers will literally be too hot to hold but they keep on going. I've owned these for over two years and haven't burned one up yet.

DeWalt 1/4" impact

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had nothing but great experiences with various products from the 20V line of DeWalt cordless tools, but my hands down favorite would be the 1/4" impact. This thing works beautifully as a nut driver, and combined with my 1/2" impact, I am hardly ever using my pneumatic tools anymore.

All I use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using dewalt impact drivers since the 18v and I upgraded to 20v. I use it every day and the only thing that's happened was two LEDs dont light anymore. Only the bottom light works which honestly isnt a big deal since the older versions only had one light to begin with. Other than normal wear and tear this drill has some power. I'm not trying to win races versing other brands to save .002 seconds at the end of a day. I like the durabi...
