Would RecommendI did not receive the battery that was advertised. It was a slightly smaller "Ah" rating than advertised. Not sure if it was a Lowes issue or a Dewalt issue. Either way I did not get satisfaction. The impact driver is what I expected (except for the battery).

Do not buy
Would Not RecommendI received this as a Christmas present. I used it half a dozen times and it broke. My wife and I remodel homes. My Porter Cable has fallen off ladders, down steps, been kicked and abused and after 10 years it is still going strong. I called Dewalt. Their only help was a repair facility where no one answers the phone so I have no idea when the tool will be back. I will never buy a Dewalt again.
Great price
Would RecommendJust what my husband wanted for his birthday. New house, new projects.

Excellent "Bang for your buck"!
Would RecommendA little loud, but that's to be expected at this price point.

Impact function engages at the end of screw travel, as rotary effort increases. Removed some #8 Allen Head Machine Screws that had been over torqued. Of the 8 stuck screws, 5 came out without issue. There were the remaining three, that had been driven beyond stupid. The impact driving force stripped the Allen Bit, and removed most of the screw bi...
For the crib
