What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this impact driver for exceptional power, compact lightweight design, and long-term reliability. The tool excels at demanding tasks like driving lag screws, removing lug nuts, and handling thousands of fasteners without stripping heads. Users consistently report years of trouble-free performance and appreciate the ergonomic form factor that reduces fatigue in tight spaces. Many emphasize it outperforms competing brands and delivers excellent value. A few note the trigger placement occasionally causes accidental mode changes and mention missing a belt clip, but these minor concerns barely diminish the strong overall satisfaction.

Make sure to carefully read the information listed
Would Not Recommendthey mislead you with the technical specs of this impact driver. they list the torque in In-Lb, which by standard is Ft-Lb to make it look much stronger than it is. not worth the sale price i paid for it. it's pretty much a glorified screw driver.

Finally added to my collection
Would RecommendHave been wanting to add this tool to my Dewalt collection for a while. Now seemed like the perfrect time. It's lighter than using my Dewalt drill for driving fasteners. Good torque as well.

1st Year Review
Would RecommendAfter using this product for about a year it has held up great in a professional construction lone of work. Even with being dropped many times while on top of a ladder this impact driver just keeps on going nothing happened The variable speed trigger works great and the light is at a great angle to light up what you are drilling into more than the lights that point up from the base.

Eliminate (ok, "reduce") stripped screw heads
Outstanding driver - powerful, compact, and for the first time I understand the value of an impact driver

Good tool and price but the logistics need work
Would RecommendShipping was pitiful, took 2 weeks to get to Arkansas from California. Notifications were totally inaccurate and annoying, notifying me if I didnt pick up my item it was going to be canceled, all this for over a week after I did pick it up at the local store.

Kit had no charger
Would RecommendPurchased this “kit”. When I opened the box, there was only the tool, battery and bag; no charger. Now I have to drive the 40 mile round trip to get Lowe’s to swap it.
