Ratings & Reviews for DEWALT 8-volt 1/4-in Cordless Screwdriver (Battery Included and Charger Included)

Best screw driver for control cabinet

I work in the control cabinet industry and this is by far the best screwdriver I ever had. HadI it for at least 6 yrs now and cant count the number of screws I did with it. DeWalt don't seems to make it anymore! That's sad cause it was ont of their great product. Oh, if you are a wood screw enthusiast, it's not made for you.

One of the best tools I ever purchased

I bought this screwdriver 6 months ago and I love it I work at a tool and die company and I work on fuel systems for turbines and this screwdriver is perfect for the job and it's easier on my hands just move your hand left or right and variable speed too

cool idea, stopped working after light usage

I loved it the first few times i used it. Then it stopped working. Totally unreliable tool.

Love it

Works great. DeWalt products never dissapoint!

Better than expected

I was thinking about getting this for a while and glad I finally did. It took a couple of times to get used to the gyro but now I think it's great. I like being able to control the speed with just a little hand motion. It's less bulky than my last cordless screwdriver which is nice. The battery seems to last pretty good. All in all, I'm quite satisfied.

Excellent product at a good price

Amazing

lowes inventory system is bad

lowes just cant seem to get anything right,,, said in stock and cancelled once again a item showing in stiock

Awesome

A lot more powerful than regular electric screwdrivers and easy to control speeds.

Nice combination

I bought this as a gift for my nephew a while back, he and his wife use it regularly. Working well for all their small project needs. A quick grab for yourself or a gift. Even better with the combination of the battery and charger.

Dewalt Cordless Screwdriver

Really nice tool and a great deal.

Great tool, but battery connection needs work

I'm an electrician, and this is a handy tool for most day to day tasks. However, the issue that everyone talks about with the tool sporadically working is a real issue. on the second use, the tool would only work, maybe a third of the time. I noticed there was a lot of play in the battery. I removed the battery and bent all the battery terminals out, so it makes a better connection. It is now working like it should. It's pretty disappointing a company if this size and a tool at this pr...

broke 1st day

Easy to Use

Much easier than it first appeared to be to use. Highly recommend for those with movement issues.

fast and friendly

product was exactly what I wanted. I just ordered another one for my brother.

It's ran by gyro, so practice with it.

This is my second one. Very handy. I've got two larger DeWalt drills but this is nice for hard to get areas. My wife uses mine around the house. So I got a second one.
