Works great for a year

I bought this during a Christmas promotion for 2023. It worked great for about a year , now when you pull the trigger there's a 50/50 chance it wont run.

Terrible

Just Got the screw gun on black friday. Got it in a two free tool and battery combo. Screw gun straight out of the box has issues. pulling trigger and just flashlight comes on. Sounds like the motor is trying to kick on but just shorts out. I’ve bought multiple dewalt tools and have never had this problem. Fellow employees have the same tool and it works just fine for them. I think reading the reviews and what i’ve seen some come from factory like that. Factory error.

Best gun and worst gun

Had to return 2 guns within 2 days of purchasing. These guns are great but are terribile if come bad. If your a drywaller and are counting for this gun to save you you better buy 2 because one is gonna work half of the work day and will not work after lunch

One screw and it failed

Drove one screw successfully, attempted a second and it revs and shuts down. Thought the other poor reviews were outliers but these appear to be the standard.

Perfect price

No Good

My company provided me this tool and used it brand new fir 1 month and the computer malfunctions and it stops working. It's not a good tool that's was made from dewalt. I'm going back to Makita.

mode switch is dead

I bought a month ago. Everything was smooth till today. Mode selector switch doesnt work. Not even light. Manually, with finger switch, tool Is operate but automatically, with pressure won't

It Didn't Work Long Enough To Get Dirty

I bought this on March 11th and hung 630 square feet of drywall. Went to use it today and it won't work. The light comes on for a second then shuts off. I've tried several good batteries but it's dead. Super disappointed.

I used it to hang 630 square feet of drywall and now it won't work. I've tried several good batteries. When I pull the trigger the light comes on and immediately turns off. Sometimes the motor sounds like it wants to work but it's dead. Super disappointed. It didn't even work long enough to get dirty.

For $180.00 this screw gun doesn't even have a battery with it.

Really great screw gun

So, I purchased one of these and when I got it home and opened it, there was an old used screw gun that did not even work inside the new box. It was very dirty and had someone's name written on it. I was very upset because it kept me from doing the job I was working on. Lowes exchanged it so I was over it. Now, I have used a screw gun for many years and I was very impressed with this one. You have to hold each screw in place

Not enough power and the adjustment for countersink is hard to get right
