Ratings & Reviews for DEWALT XR 20-volt Max Variable Speed Brushless Cordless Ratchet Wrench (Battery Not Included and Charger Not Included)

Only ratchet you need

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Cool ratchet. I don’t really use my standard set anymore, just this. Doesn’t strip or fall stainless hardware, batteries last forever and the changing drive is a big help. I do wish they made pass through sockets but that would be my only suggestion.

Dewalt XR 20-Volt Cordless Ratchet Wrench

I’m very pleased with my purchase this wrench is really useful with its 75 ft-lbs of torque. I paired it with a 5 hour battery to get through tough jobs without having to switch or charge up in the middle a job. I also like having interchangeable 3/8” and 1/2” square drive anvils. Pricey but nice. Don’t skimp on the battery go with the Dewalt XR 20-V 5AH to 8AH battery.

never received

expected delivery was 7 days ago. tracking stopped in CT 7 days ago and hasn't moved since. Chat in Lowes app for 80 minutes with Rep. Rep left chat at 80 minutes without notice. Don't order online with Lowes!

Shipping rating

The Tool was delivered in its original packaging with evidence of rough handling since it was not shipped in a shipping box protecting my order. The tool was fine, however concerned of possible damage.

Not impressed with this one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a few days ago and was very unimpressed, I have tons of Dewalt stuff, the money I have spent on Dewalt tools probably could have put one of my kids thru college. Anyhow this tool just didn’t seem to work as expected. Trigger had issues, very touchy and only worked in some spots, had very little power. This one was a fail for me. Not sure if it was a bad unit or they are all like this, but it was a big let down.

Make sure that Lowe’s has it in stock

Still haven’t received the item

Always reliable

I love all the dewalt products

It’s a DeWalt. You can’t go wrong with a DeWalt.

Excellent performance,quality and design.

Well worth the money

Works so well its replacing my air ratchet

A 'must have' power tool in your collection!

Very versatile and by far my mostly used tool!

DONT BUY

Tool broke within the first 3 times using it. They dont even stock this model in stores. Its online only. Ended up have to get a whole other 12v one from in store and now have to buy new batteries and charger just to use it. Just a thorn in my side when i have 12 batteries for all my other dewalt tools to then have to buy a whole different style. And why would this break so soon....

Great Tool!

Great tool! Like the fact the the socket size can be changed easily. Has really good torque and not too bulky for a 20v tool. Glad I pulled the trigger with this buy.

Dewalt ratchet
