Certainly is useful for those tasks with many tightening cycles (like putting a large toolbox or similar together.) It does not develop a lot of torque, so good and bad. And it is a bit noisy. A great deal for what I paid for it!

Would RecommendThis ratchet is wonderful! There's nothing wrong with it! The person who gave it one star just because he didn't want to have a different battery and charger is incredibly ignorant, to say the least! Dewalt 12V chargers are compatible with 20V batteries. That's no reason to give a good tool a negative rating. It doesn't make any sense!

Awesome ratchet!
Would RecommendIt's a beast! Very powerful for tightening and loosening screws by hand. Once the screw is loose, you can finish removing it with its speed! People don't know how to use electric ratchets and think they are impact wrenches. Because of their ignorance, they give bad feedback to tools that are fulfilling their purpose. They are the ones who don't know what they are for!
