Customers overwhelmingly praise this drill for its powerful brushless motor, reliable 20V lithium-ion battery, and compact, lightweight design that excels in tight spaces and overhead work. The ergonomic handle and keyless chuck enhance usability, while many report years of daily use without degradation. Reviewers consistently highlight exceptional value and strong brand trust, with numerous customers calling it the best drill they've owned and choosing to buy multiple units. A few mention isolated issues with battery attachment or rare mechanical concerns, but these represent a negligible fraction of overwhelmingly positive feedback.
