Dropped it in the lake

I dropped it in the lake this spring while putting in my pier in Michigan. Let it dry out 3 days, put the battery pack on and it made a humming sound. After a bit of horsing it, it fired up. Thanks Dewalt for making suck a durable product.

What good is power with a useless chuck?

I've owned a Milwaukee 12v drill & hackzall for years. I've used and abused them, and have nothing but good things to say of them. Five-plus stars each. Recently, I needed to do some drilling through concrete/masonry, and figured it was time for a 20v system. DeWalt had good reviews and the price was right, so I picked one up. Mistake. The chuck is absolute garbage. It's hard to tighten, and larger bits work loose. Avoid.

Bad product

After 90 days this drill had a bad grinding sound coming from it I bought this for my son-in-law for Christmas now I look like I bought a piece of junk

Dewalt 20 volt hammer drill

Purchased this to replace my 18 volt drill that I gave to my son. I know replacement batteries are available. I just decided to update my Dewalt tools. (As my wife always say's I need to be pampered at times...)

NICE HAMMER DRILL, AT A GOOD PRICE

I am finally going cordless. I retired, more or less, 2 pretty old Dewalt corded drills which still perform flawlessly after a lot of use. I bought this cordless drill mostly for the hammer feature which I feel is a great benefit. So far, in limited use, it has done a great job for around the house work of all kinds. Nice size, comfortable to hold, and well balanced. I think I will get a lot of use from this drill over the years. Nice job, Dewalt.

Dewalt 20 volt cordless hammer drill

Bought this because I needed a new drill and I have used an older version of this product before. I liked the way it performed so when it came time to buy a new drill this was my choice. I think this is an excellent drill for around the house and home projects.

This drill is very impressive puts 3 1/2 inch # 9 screws through 2 , 2x4 a extremely quick better than any drill I have ever used I bought this to finish my deck very light weight compared to my old battery drill batteries really last
