the drill itself is great. Lowes,however was very second rate is filling my order. I had to wait almost a week to pick it up and only then after I made a fuss about it. The app said they had multiple in stock yet it took 5 days for me to get it.

Love Dewalt products
Would RecommendDewalt never lets me down. I get locked out of the house then had to drill the door knob out so I could get inside. Drilled it out in five minutes with a brand new in the box Dewalt 20v max drill, one near dead battery and one prob 3/4 dead battery. The drill bit still holds its edge. The drill and bits cost me $160. A lock smith would have cost me $250. Worth the price I paid. Thank you, DEWALT!
