Would RecommendThey erroneously delivered me a used drill and not new in box. Called and spoke with Manager Kelly and she was sincerely upset I experienced this happening and took additional money off the final price for my inconvenience, giving me a new one. This is a 12 volt impact drill with attachments. Great for around the house considering its lower torq power. Compared to a 20 volt version, which has double the torq power.
