Ratings & Reviews for Delta Trinsic Black Stainless Single Handle Deck-mount Pull down with Sprayer

Great faucet. Make sure to find purchase for max

Well packaged and great weight. Feels sturdy with smooth operation. Install simple and straightforward. Looks great in remodeled kitchen looking forward fi many years of use.

Indefensible handle design

The handle falls off. Delta provided a new handle under warranty and we paid a plumber to install it. But the new handle fell off within a week. It's the worst design for a handle I have ever seen. I use a rubber band to keep the handle on the most expensive faucet I have ever purchased.

great faucet

sturdy quality

made very well

great product

Purchased in 7/2022, broken in 10/2025 Cheap product , looks good but didn’t last, wasn’t cheap

Drips Constantly

The faucet is a beautiful design and color, but constantly drips from the nozzle after only being installed for a week. I expect better quality for this price range.

Diamond cartridge not great. Can't replace parts.

Was great when new but it's becoming harder to fine tune the flow as the handle does adjust the flow easily enough. Can't get the handle off as the set screw won't back off enough to release the handle. Also the spray button on the spout is also difficult to adjust.

Terrible, yet Expensive

The build quality of this faucet is terrible given the high price. As soon as the faucet had water pressure the pull-down hose disconnected from the spray head and water goes everywhere. There is some manufacturing defect. In addition, the matte black finish is quite cheap looking for such an expensive faucet. Now Lowe's is not even letting me return this terrible faucet.

Great kitchen faucet

I have had two Delta kitchen faucets that I installed during kitchen renovations. The first developed a blemish on the finish. Amazingly a replacement arrived the same day I sent a pic to let them know! I need a replacement pull-down sprayer on the second faucet and will gladly buy a replacement, because the rest of the faucet is like brand new after 12 years of use.

Breaks quickly

I researched faucets at length to find one that got consistently good reviews. This was the one. I paid money for someone to install it for me. However, with little use of the pull down sprayer, it seems like the magnet must have broken because it doesn't stay in place. It just hangs there. So frustrating.

Simple Design

Well made, beautiful and very sturdy!

Just what I ordered and exactly when they said it.

Solid Performer and a Joy to Use

We could not be happier with this faucet. The design is a great fit with our modern appliances and it is solid, simple, attractive, and easy to install. The two spray settings meet all our needs. The standard flow setting provides a solid stream with plenty of pressure. The spray setting provides a tight circular stream that is powerful and effective. There are no gimmicks here, just good basic function you would expect from a high quality faucet. The control handle is simple and easy to use, th...

Do not buy before reading below

If you buy this series of faucets know that the kitchen faucet you pull forward for hot and the bathroom faucets you push back for hot. I called Delta and they say it was designed that way. Who wants to remember what direction each faucet is and the dots are small for my eyes. Had a plumber reverse the kitchen so it was in the normal convention but the dots are backwards

Looks awesome

I just had this Trinsic faucet installed in my kitchen and it looks awesome. It brings out the gold in my midcentury modern wallpaper backspalsh. I also love the hose and sprayer.

Looks Nice, But Really Temperamental

This faucet looks beautiful, but it's really temperamental. The batteries are always going out, and then you can't get any water from the faucet. It says the batteries will last for two years, and we're lucky if they last for 3 months. Recently, the touch function is also not working, so we keep replacing the batteries, but that's clearly not solving the problem. Ultimately, while it looks beautiful, if it's not functional, I can't recommend it. Wish it worked better.

Strong flow!

Looks great and has a much, much better water flow than our old faucet. Easy installation and excellent instructions.

Easy to install

Great look with modest scale, no fingerprints, smooth moving left to right.
