Very Disgusted

I bought this in May of 2026, it is now September 2026 and it is pouring water out of the seams around where the magnet that holds the wand is. This is the first time I have ever spent over $100 on a shower head and it has lasted 4 months! I have had $30 ones last years! Delta is supposed to be good, guess not and of course it’s past Lowe’s warranty, go figure! I would not recommend this to wash your dog with!

Awesome shower head

We love this shower head. The one adjustable head can be turned like a rain shower and both heads together give us a great shower

Buyer beware

-2 Stars because the slightest touch moves the primary shower head. There is no way to tighten the primary shower head into a specific location. -2 Stars because the removable shower head does not “snap” into place. It perches precariously into the holder waiting for gravity to take over. You get one star because the system forces me to give you one. For $100 I expected more from Moen.

I had a new step in shower installed and this is the showerhead. I chose absolutely love it very adjustable!

I purchased this after our old handheld broke. The pressure is ok but could get better and the handheld can be difficult to hang back up. Time will tell if it holds up.

I've had the shower sprayer for 2 months. It was VERY easy to install. Taking a shower is wonderful. Hope it lasts.

Wonderful shower head and hand shower

We bought this to go in our Master Shower. We both love it. Good water pressure. The hand spray is wonderful. It all goes lovely with our brushed nickle fixtures.

Feels Cheap

Pretty disappointed in the build quality. Works as expected, but is cheap plastic. Not what I would have expected from Delta. I would likely replace with a better made shower head at some point.

Handheld Does not Dock Well

This is all plastic and looks cheap. The big problem is the hand held unit does not magnetically secure itself - you have to snap the hand held into the main shower head. Snapping the hand held unit into place is not easy unless the main head is in a certain position and even then it causes the main head to move. Also was disappointed in the flow compared the unit it replaced.

Low pressure

I love Delta products overall but not this one, it’s all plastic and there is no way it’s 2.5 gpm as described on the box. The hand held shower docking system doesn’t work well either. It looks good and was a breeze to install but this one doesn’t work for me, back to the drawing board.

Poor Design

Interesting design and great water flow! But sadly, it’s all plastic, but most are same. The magnetic latch to hold the sprayer doesn’t hold very well, thank goodness you can snap it into place to hold stronger. But I’ll be curious how long that plastic will hold up. Also, if you angle the head up, it doesn’t stay it lowers back down and no way to tighten that ball joint hold it tighter. Poor design and product in my opinion. So much for the Delta brand name.
