Space redo.

Just what we were looking for in our utility room sink. A pull out faucet with sprayer. We redid the large vanity drop in sink and added this faucet, looks fantastic an adds to the utility of the room

no longer swivels left-right in under a year

Faucet became difficult to swivel within six months. I have a softener, but it was concreted in place about 1.5 years after installed. No other faucet I have had in the 30 years in this house has done this. Support wanted photos of all the internal parts so they might possibly send parts free. I don't know how or even if this concreted thing can be taken apart after being calcified in place 5+ years. CHEAP non-metal pull-out

I bought this faucet for my mother-in-law. I did not see anywhere in product description that the pull-out section is NOT METAL. Ugh. Very deceptive of Delta. I would not have purchased it and I do not recommend.

Over priced " Average"Faucet

61/2 yrs old, the faucet works just like every other faucet you could buy at a National Home improvement store just costs a lot more. It drips, screws come loose holding the faucet to the sink every time you swivel your faucet. Wish I had read some reviews on this Delta faucet before I had bought it.

Squeaks and hard to swivel

2nd faucet installed in this new (less than 2-year-old) house by contractor. This 2nd unit is now squeaking and exhibiting same problem as first unit. Eventually will become hard to swivel. Contractor now refers to subcontractor which hasn't responded.

Leaking

I bought a new house that has this faucet in the kitchen; it started leaking after only being 3 years old. Very poor quality.

Didn’t last

Unfortunately this faucet didn’t last three years. It started to randomly drip and I would have to move the handle around to make it stop. It was an ongoing problem. Delta sent a replacement cartridge but I don’t think a faucet should fail in three years. I’m glad it has a warranty but it’s inconvenient to have to take it apart every three years or so to fix it.

Diamond coated ceramic valve cartridge leaks

We have had this faucet for 5 years. in that time, we have had to replace the "wonderful, lifetime" diamond coated ceramic valve cartridge twice. And we don't even have hard water. I am quite disappointed in this valve cartridge. I have never had any other faucet in which the valve wore out so quickly.

Design Flaw

This faucet has a major design flaw, its almost impossible to get warm water. I have moved the stop but there is only 2 options right cold or left hot, not center.

Works great for 2 years

Got this kitchen faucet in the new house since 09/2019. Works great till 11/2021 then it became annoying to close. Needed 2 or 3 times to completely turn off otherwise we will have dripping. Called delta and the rep listened to the issue and ordered a new cartridge to be shipped out right away. 5 stars for delta customer service. Got the new cartridge in a few days and installed it. Now the faucet works like a champ.

Stiff Faucet

I've had problems with this faucet since my original purchase in Nov 2020. Delta sent a new one in Oct 2021 and it was professionally installed. In Dec 2022 the O ring had to be changed again because the faucet is stiff to move left to right. ( I don't have hard water in my county.) I'm very disappointed in this product and considering trashing it and buying a Moen.

frozen in place

My builder installed this faucet in my home (and likely in thousands of others' homes, as this is a national builder). After a couple of years, the faucet no longer swiveled. It was seemingly permanently stuck in one position. I contacted Delta customer service, expecting to be sent a replacement faucet. Instead, I was sent...a washer. Nice design but not holding up to use.

We had this faucet installed with our kitchen remodel in 2016. Five years later, I find that it's trickier to turn off completely without dripping, and now the faucet swivel function has seized completely. I can no longer pivot the faucet, which is really cumbersome when washing large items. Also, the finish on the back of the faucet is corroded. I see several other reviews with the same pivoting and dripping problems, so I hesitate to replace this with the same model. I assume it's a design fl...

Won't buy another

We are in tail end of our kitchen remodel cabinets sink new faucet in 3 months ago thought the faucet was a good one paid more than 150 dollars for it so was not a cheap one now it's leaking from under faucet 1 or both lines dripping big mess in cabinet everything wet cabinet damaged glad I found leak before installed new floors did not think I should of worried on a brand new product piece of crap

Swivel issues

We had this faucet installed 4 years ago when we did a kitchen remodel. While I'm happy with the style/finish/spray function of the faucet, the swivel function is less than satisfactory; a couple of years in it started getting more difficult to swivel and at this point in time it will only swivel about 10 degrees and now there appears to be very fine metal shavings at the back of the faucet on the counter.
