Great product

I purchased this faucet to replace the leaking one in my kitchen. The installation was easy, and everything has worked perfect since. I love that Delta warantees their products for life. I will be buying additional Delta products in the future.

Turn on the Thumping

As many others reported in their reviews, there's a thumping sound when turning on the water. I assume this must be some air getting trapped in the long neck design. Many of the other reviewers stated problems with leaking, which I have not experienced except the handles have to be pushed all the way to closed. Good company- not sure of this craftsmanship

After 2 years the spout developed 15 pin sized holes in the inside bend. The company did stand behind the product however, and sent us out a new faucet.

Mix of Good and Not-so-Good

Overall we're happy with this set. Not sure what the leak issues are that others report--I'm gonna guess they simply weren't installed correctly. I installed this myself and we have no problems with leaks or drips. What we have had a problem with is the sprayer. We've had this for just over a year and the sprayer now sticks in the open position. We have to whack it pretty hard to get it to shut off. The product provides the best faucet for the price, user friendly and performance. The installation is user friendly. The instruction is easy to ready. The tool is instruction is adequate. The installation time is practical.

Diverter Thumping

Like others here and elsewhere on the Internet, I have had that annoying thumping from the diverter since day one and it has not gotten better. Upon further inspection I discovered that it does not even have a Delta diverter; it is a Peerless. Since it also does not have the ceramic valves Delta is known for I am left to conclude that this is Delta's builders' grade faucet (Peerless) under the Delta name. Don't waste your money

We purchased this faucet because it was a nice clean design, the right price and thought that Delta was a good brand. After less that a year, the faucet started dripping. Wrote to Delta and they shipped out Stem Unit assembly replacements for free. Changed those out about 6 months ago and it was fine. Yesterday came home to the faucet dripping like crazy all of a sudden. Now I'll be going back to Lowe's and looking for a new faucet...and it sure won't be a Delta. Very disappointed. Money lost on...

Faucet

The faucet works and looks as stated. I like the lifetime finish and workings warranty. I am very satisfied. Now I have to build a kitchen around it. LOL!

Waste of Money and Time

I bought this faucet Super Bowl weekend, easy to install. The faucet made thumping noises and clanking noises from day one. I thought was air in the line. But its wasn't. I have a friend whois a plumber he said it was the diverter and judging by the reviews this must be common. I did like the look of the faucet, so i returned it and tried another one. Piece of garbage!!!!

If I could give this less than 1 star that would be giving this piece of garbage too many stars. I would like to give it a negative 10!!!! We loved the look of it, but after two days...yes, I said two days the faucet dripped so much that it caused a small flood under our sink. We called the plumber that installed for us and he came over and showed us where the problem was. We quickly exchanged the faucet for a replacement. Piece of junk

Purchased and installed. Not only bangs when turning on, it runs and drips after turning off. Figured I got a bad one. Exchanged and installed again. Same results as first one, banged run and drips after turning off. Took this one back again, this time purchased a Moen for about twenty dollars more. The Moen quality is much better and after installing the Moen works great. Buy Moen, not Delta.

Very Poor Product

We bought this at our local Lowe's store because we liked Delta products. It was easy to assemble and put in but it never stopped dripping, so we thought maybe we got a bad one. So we returned it to the Lowe's store and got another one and low and behold it did the same thing with dripping, never stopped. So off we went to Lowe's for a third time and replaced it with a Moen and oh my gosh how wonderful it was. I guess you get what you pay for.

It took Two

I love the look and the function of this, but the first one we received leaked causing a mess. I called the local Lowe's where we bought it from and they were excellent! Not only did they let us exchange it they also paid our plumber to come back to remove and replace it. Since its been replaced we have had no problems and we love it!

Easy to install

I was impressed with how easy it was to intall this faucet. The sprayer actually has a snap-on design that was simple to install or remove.

Leaky

I purchased a home with this faucet installed back in March of this year. The faucet now is almost impossible to turn off so it does not leak. I would not recommend the purchase of this unit.

Leakiest faucet ever

Looks nice, but leaked out of every joint since day one. Also, has a very unusual size of opening making it impossible to affix a sprayer to the mouth of the faucet. I wish I could get my money back.
