What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the faucet for its beautiful, sleek design and effortless installation. Most highlight the modern lines, stainless finish, high neck design, and pull-down spray head as standout features that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Reviewers consistently report reliable performance with no leaks, smooth single-handle operation, and convenient stream-to-spray switching. Many appreciate the magnetized sprayer hold and clear installation instructions requiring no professional help. A few note occasional low water flow or spray pattern inconsistencies, though these rarely diminish overall satisfaction. Most customers strongly recommend it despite minor drawbacks.

Delta Chalet pull down faucet
Would Not RecommendThis is the worst faucet I've ever had in my life. Bought it on 1/7/26 and due to, supposedly, debris build up in line, as of today, 3/15/26, we will have to clear it for the sixth time! If my husband is not home, I cannot do it myself as the release button is too hard to press and turn at the same time. This is not acceptable and will never buy another one. I have never had this issue with any faucet.
Beautiful and multi use
We love this faucet! Easy install, clear instructions

5 Star All The Way!
Would RecommendThis faucet is awesome! It looks nice, works perfectly, I especially like the splatter reduction sprayer. I love the finish because I hate water spots! The soap dispenser was included and is very handy. Couldn't be happier with this purchase.

Don't buy the installation package!
Would Not RecommendI bought the installation package. We were supposed to get a call within 48 hours to schedule the installation. we are still waiting for that call many days later. We have called the Lowe’s Installation Support Team at 888-516-1010 several times and have been assured each time we will get that scheduling call, but are still waiting. It seems the Installation Support Team is powerless to actually help us.

Perfect for me
Would RecommendWe bought this kitchen faucet back in 2024, and it’s been fantastic. We replaced the original hardware with this one and couldn’t be happier. The pull-down head makes it much easier to direct water exactly where you need it, which is a big help when cleaning pots and pans. The handle is also smoother and easier to operate. Overall, it’s been a much more convenient and enjoyable setup for our kitchen.

Great Value
Would RecommendExcellent and beautiful finish that replaces and 18 yr old faucet that was not economical to repair. Complimentary to our granite countertop and the sprayer in the head was exactly the upgraded functionality we wanted.
