What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise the faucet for its beautiful, sleek design and effortless installation. Most highlight the modern lines, stainless finish, high neck design, and pull-down spray head as standout features that enhance both aesthetics and functionality. Reviewers consistently report reliable performance with no leaks, smooth single-handle operation, and convenient stream-to-spray switching. Many appreciate the magnetized sprayer hold and clear installation instructions requiring no professional help. A few note occasional low water flow or spray pattern inconsistencies, though these rarely diminish overall satisfaction. Most customers strongly recommend it despite minor drawbacks.

Pretty but Stupid, Stupid, Stupid Design.
Would Not RecommendThis is a beautiful looking faucet, but Delta has decided to change directions with their sprayer features. I have used and installed Delta Kitchen pull down faucets with spray heads in the past and generally been very pleased with their products. The 3 way head design of this unit is (in my opinion) just stupid. 1. The spray buttons feel like they are for a kid's toy made from hard plastic. 2. The 2 buttons are so close together, you have to pay attention only push one of the buttons. 3. ...

matte finish is a plastic-based coating
Would Not RecommendI noticed a small scratch on the faucet upon taking out of its packaging. I tried to buff it out with a sturdy cloth, but noticed the finish flaking off. I'd expect this from a cheap knock-off brand, but not something that retails for $200+ dollars. I have Moen bathroom faucets that I gently clean with a scouring pad regularly and they both look fantastic. Shame on the bean-counters at Delta for allowing such terrible product quality.

Delta Quality Remains Their Focus
Would RecommendDelta sits atop the average homeowner's replacement options in quality and selection. The installation video is a good brief run through if you haven't replaced one of their faucets in a while. Fairly simplistic installation as deep sink sets are very difficult to manuver around anyway. Parts are of superior quality and made to last.

Love!!! Replaced our awful Moen
Would RecommendWe bought this to replace our old cheap Moen faucet. At first I wasn’t sure about the fancy spray stream shield thing . It seemed less powerful than the regular spray stream. Then I figured out, you have to hold it closer. It is AMAZING.

Chalet Faucet
Nice faucet but the “shield spray” rinse option isn’t all that and we will most likely never use it. Otherwise nice faucet.

Good look and function.
Would RecommendThis replaced our original (2016) DELTA faucet. There were many choices of Delta and other brands but this one seems to meet our needs. Simple yet sturdy.
