Ratings & Reviews for Delta Keele Chrome Single Handle Deck-mount Pull down with Sprayer (Includes Deck Plate)

Beautiful faucet, but I have my regrets.

Beautiful faucet. That’s why I bought it. However, I’ve never had a pull down faucet with spray button that doesn’t default back to normal stream when you turn the water off. I can never remember to check the button first, so constantly have water ricocheting off the sink all over me and the counter. It’s so annoying!

Don't buy this faucet

I love the appearance of this faucet and the pull-down sprayer is very convenient. But it has been trouble almost since it was installed 8 months ago. We have called the company multiple times and their representatives have tried to help. They have sent new parts and instructions, but nothing fixes it for long. The flow is a dribble that is impossible to use. There is no filter that can be cleaned--we had to hire a plumber to flush the lines. That helped for a short while, but it is back t...

cheap finish

finish started peeling after a year and a half. I was initially going to get a cheaper faucet but I was like hey let's get something fancy and nice. I have never had a faucet that the finish started peeling off. I would expect a faucet to last a good 10 even 20 years. Especially from this brand.

Faulty&Loud Noise

Much like other reviewers the same thing has happened to us. After two years of use the spray head gets stuck between both settings and makes an extremely awful loud noise! I am highly disappointed especially considering how much we paid for this facet.

Delta has a lifetime warranty on their products.

It performs well. It looks like a piece of art.

Very Happy

Great product. Easy to use. Warranty is great.

spray nozzle switch defective

I absolutely love this faucet UNTIL the spray nozzle toggle that moves water from stream to spray no longer functions property. Less that 2 years old and the faucet will only function in spray Mode. Looking for replacement Spray arm or parts to fix.

Customer Service is helpful

This product was very well put together and easy to operate

Great, sleek, modern kitchen faucet.

We really like the fingerprint resistance feature.

Fair price.

Quality name brand & styling.

Replace the Nozzle

As others have said the button to switch waste modes is loose and won’t stay on a single stream. How can I get a replacement nozzle?

Spray/stream repeatedly defective

In general, I used to love the faucet, but in the 4 years I've had it, the sprayer wand has gone bad twice. It now comes on in the 'spray' function, even though 'stream' is selected, and makes a horrible noise. It will not stay on stream without the noise, I've already had to replace it once, and now it's bad again. I am a very "gentle" user, careful not to damage in any way. Wayfair did not help like they said they would. Not a fan, and disappointed.

Very Disappointed

Beautiful faucet, worked great for a year, but now it makes a hideous noise and gets stuck between stream and spraying, and you have to manually hold the button to bypass the noise...making it extremely difficult to use. Looking online it appears the warranty doesn't cover the replacement part. Very disappointing. i expected more from a respected brand that my family has used for generations.

Love Delta

We have been purchasing Delta for the last 10 years. We Love all the products we have purchased. They are reliable, nice looking and priced just right. Delta stands behind their products and that is really important to me.

Great Faucet!

I only purchase Delta Products. I Love my new faucet. It's very attractive. It works really well and it's stain proof.

Faucet is really too big for a shallow sink.

I like the pull down spray nozzle and the one handle to turn the faucet on/off. However, it is really too big for my shallow sink because the water can come out very forceful if you are not careful and there is LOTS of overspray.

Love the Pull Down Faucet but…

Love this faucet but now after 16 months it is leaking in the pull down handle. We found a puddle of water underneath our sink recently too. We tighten the little knob that is attached to the sprayer but it loosens quickly. We loved it but now this is a problem.
