What Customers Are Saying
Customers overwhelmingly praise this faucet for straightforward installation requiring no professional help, sleek stainless steel design, and reliable performance. The pull-down sprayer with three settings—stream, spray, and low-splash—is frequently celebrated for effective cleaning without splashing. Reviewers highlight the solid construction, smooth handle movement, and magnetic retraction system as convenient daily-use features. Most find the modern aesthetic matches contemporary kitchens well. A few report reduced water pressure or occasional drip issues after extended use, though these concerns remain minor compared to overall satisfaction. Most customers consider this a worthwhile kitchen upgrade.

Water supply hose came apart
Would Not RecommendThe compression fitting on the PEX water supply line came apart after 20 hours of pressurization. No one was using the faucet or even in the kitchen. Luckily we were home and discovered the issue within a minute or two, but the kitchen still flooded and I’ll probably have to replace some of the laminate flooring in the adjacent living room. I’m going back to Moen because they still use quality braided hoses.
