You pay $217.55 at the register for installation and no one contacts you. You call the store. They transfer you to the installer. They say they can't help you, use the email. The email says "Competed". My purchase may be completed, but the faucet is still in the package waiting for installation. Customer service sounds confused and has no clue.

A great faucet for the kitchen sink!

The set up is easier than previous ones I’ve done over the years. The water pressure is a lot higher than the previous faucet. All you need is a pair of channel locks and an adjustable wrench for installing it. Good luck getting the old faucet out.
