They have multiple holes so you can stick them down to the level you need for your plants and it will water them throughout the ground. It worked really well and I didn’t have any issues getting it pushed into the dirt or the water coming out! I can’t wait to see the progress of our plants using these!

Great concept but difficult to use.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really like the concept but it was difficult to get it to work especially when I don't have soft soil. It's more like hard packed soil and rocks. I had to dig a hole and then place the watering stakes then bury it. I'm more sure how well it works but I hope it does. It will save me from over and under watering.

I just used a sledgehammer and was able to get it in the ground fairly easily. Once installed I just let my hose pipe fill it up. Great to use, hard to install

We planted them around our trees, and they work really well, but they were painted to install. It may very depending on different yard soils, but it took a lot of effort to install ours. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the 36” watering stakes and wow… I am using them in my garden and it’s amazing to use because I don’t have to water over the top of my plants and hurt their delicate leaves! And like I said it’s a 36” stake so it goes pretty deep into the ground. You do have to use a sledgehammer to get them down into the ground deep enough. I’m so happy with this product and excited to continue using it and watch my garden flourish!!
