What Customers Are Saying
The composite deck posts received mixed reviews. Some customers were satisfied with the appearance, quality, and installation, but many reported issues such as broken or damaged caps and covers, poor quality materials, and difficulty attaching them to existing railings. Several customers expressed disappointment in the overall quality and durability, describing the posts as cheaply made and flimsy. The product may be an affordable option, but the quality and reliability may not meet all customers' expectations.

Would Not RecommendThe sleeves themselves are decent. But they scratch WAY too easily. My biggest problem with these are the cheap post caps that come with the sleeves. Mine did not survive 3 months of the Georgia heat. The caps have all cracked, the tops have peeled up, and flattened out. The base trim has also not held up to extreme weather. I will not buy again, and caution people: You get what you pay for.

Deckorators Post Sleeves are great!
Would RecommendProduct is very nice. Comes with post cap and post skirt. They were very easy to trim down to size using a higher tooth miter saw blade. I also drilled these to run cable wire for my railings. No issues, very sturdy and solid.

Bad packaging and cheap material
Would Not RecommendComplete garbage, bought 4 and all 4 had broken caps and some had broken skirts. Packaging is horrible and no cushion to protect during transport. Online was no help in fixing the problem and in store they would only take back the whole set instead of just replacing the parts needed that are sold separately. So I returned all of it and went with a different brand because you can’t trust to get even 1 good one out of 4.

Plastic, welcome back to the 70s.
Would Not RecommendLooks plastic, feels plastic. Cheap. Not at all equal to the value of a composite deck.

Dissapointed on the quality
Ordered over a dozen of these posts. 8 out of them came with broken caps. Called the supplier, and was told I had to return the post, caps and skirts. Unfortunately, I already cut the posts, and need them in order to meet a deadline. They dont offer replacement caps, so I'll have to buy more expensive options.

Cheap material
Would Not Recommend4 of 6 boxes came with broken caps. One of the posts looks used and scratched up badly. I do not recommend buying these. I wanted a replacement but they said I had to bring them to lowes for a refund and then order more which Will probably come damaged again.
