Missing parts
Would Not RecommendBought (8) boxes of the Decorators brand Grab and Go deck rail kit. When I opened them- many boxes were missing the brackets. I called customer service- they sent me to Decorators- Decorators said they needed info from Lowes. Called Lowes back- they had me call the store that filled the order. Wrong store- they had me call another store. On hold for 10 minutes. How do these people stay in business? I need 15 brackets- that's it!!

Would RecommendPart of the Reliabilt railing system - was easy to install and put together. Seems very solid and meets the code in my area. Wish they had other lengths, as I needed one that was slightly longer and had to buy two sets and extra posts -- raising my costs.

Would RecommendThis was probably the easiest rail I have ever done. I would have given a 5 star review if it weren't for the fact I had to drill the weep holes and accidently drilled the wrong one which cost me $100. How hard would it be for them to drill the weep holes the same time they are doing the holes for the ballisters? They are sturdy as a rock once they are installed. Nice job (except for the weep hole deal) Deckorators.
