Would RecommendI've always only used Phillips head screws. Now I only use the wonderful star headed deck screws. They really bite going in and I love that I don't have to fight to get the screws started. They are sturdy and can be taken out and reused. I buy the 4" for thick items. Would like one even longer. Normally I buy the 3" or 2 1/2"
