Screw container destoyed during shipping
I purchased two packages of screws (2 1/2 and 3 inch). They were shipped to my house in the same cardboard box. The container with 3 inch screws was intact. The other container was totally busted up, with screws throughout the cardboard box. For kicks, I counted them. 974 out of 1000. Not enough missing to justify a trip to the store, especially since this size package is not normally stocked. I've used these screws before and had good results.

Everything was just with i needed for my project. But the service in the lumber department sucks, two guy passed me and one said hello but neither offered help. So I my self being a woman had to load the 2x4x8 myself. And I ask three other workers where the brackets was and finely the third lady just showed me where they where. The frist two just stood there and looked like they was thinking about.

Lowes was a nightmare
These wood-to-wood deck screws are okay for their purpose. The issue is that Lowes let me make the order then said they were the last box available in the store, and the box was all cracked up and taped up. Meaning I had to put the screws into a different container to store and use them. They gave me the wrong wood for my outside deck even though the website said it was deck wood, which the employee admitted the boards were not for outside deck use. Basically a complete fail, time-consuming mess...
