Easy to apply. I used it to caulk the framework of an exterior entry door and along the foundation of the covered concrete stairwell leading to my basement, at the time that I was painting that door as my summer house-upkeep project. The acrylic door paint covered the caulk very nicely, too. One year later, the caulk is holding up very well. When I close the door and turn off the light, no sunshine seen peeking-through anywhere within the stairwell. This caulk works great.

This material was easy to work with and dried clear. The best thing about this was that it was more than enough to reseal two windows! Thus, I was able to seal more areas around other windows.
