Best caulk for your baths and kitchen

Quick and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I used Day Wiki Seal Latex Adhesive Caulk to re-caulk my tub and was really impressed. It was easy to use and went on smoothly. Just a heads-up—it’s very sticky, so I’d definitely recommend wearing gloves when applying. The adhesion is strong, but the caulk still has some flexibility, which is great. The seal turned out excellent, and the white finish looks super clean. I also really appreciate the mildew resistance—huge bonus for bathroom use....

Works great

My mom passed away about two months ago and I’m trying to fix up her home so I noticed that the one bathroom definitely needed some repairs. I used this product. It dried quickly. It seems to be very durable . It’s not messy at all and there was not much of an odor. I actually have to go buy more of it for the other bathroom, but this is definitely a really good product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a very standard and common household product. We always have this at home whenever we need to re-caulk or seal something in the bathroom. This is our go to brand and very effective and trustworthy. We usually leave it on 1 day for it to dry but it typically will dry sooner than that. Application is easy and last for a long time. Highly recommended.

Easy to use

We used it when we replaced our sink and we’ve also used it around our bath tub to make the old caulk look like new again. It’s easy to use and a great product to have around when you’re doing any kitchen or bathroom projects.

Easy to use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use the dab seal caulk on my kitchen faucet around the rim of the sink and it was so easy to use. I cut the end at an angle and squeeze it out and created a perfect line that dried quickly and the grip was strong and not messy.

Just doesn’t work

The product was sold as a caulk for bathrooms. I cleaned the original sealant around the bathtub. Applied the Kwik Seal as described in the directions. Let it dry for a few days. Every section of the caulk I applied has a longitudinal crack down the entire length. Have to do the entire job again.

Terrible

Horrible. Prepped put new caulk in shower. Waited 24 hours. Next day after the 24 hours caulk is cracking and I’m now having to buy a different product. Waste of money.

WORST caulk EVER!!

*I feel that this product is JUNK!! I will not ever purchase again! I purchased the 5.5 oz tube of Kwik Seal adhesive caulk in "clear". It comes out VERY HARD and does not want to flow or spread easily. I realize that it comes out white and then EVENTUALLY dries clear.....or sort of.!!?? I have used other brands that work just fine so this is one BRAND and product that I will definitely steer clear of in the future! I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!*

Another day with a good quality product

Good performance sealant, quick and easy application

Turns Yellow when dry

Gave it a 3 star only because it is good for trim prior to painting. It turns Yellow when dry, okay when painting but looks bad on tub and does not hold up in wet applications

Still not dry after 48 hours

Bought this product to seal around a window sill in the shower. I removed all old caulk, cleaned, and properly dried the area. I applied this product which was very easy to use. After drying for 48 hours the shower was used. Unfortunately this caulk had a chalky consistency and was easily wiped off. I would not recommend it.

Do NOT use on shower

Although this product advertises itself as for use in the bathroom and 100% waterproof, do not use it on the shower and other wet areas. This cannot resist water at all, it quickly dissolves and go away. Next time i will try some silicone based product.

Dap Kwik Seal works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Caulk applied easily, the squeeze tube offered better control than a caulk gun does. Was also easier to get behind faucet with the tube.
