Would RecommendDryDex spackling is the best! After the pink dries to white it is ready to be sanded to a smooth surface. Works perfectly to hide cracks and nail recesses. It sticks well and does not shrink.

Would RecommendFixes cracks, holes, dents, you name it. Love this stuff. The drying colors are also very helpful. Sand-able and paint-able. This is the repair putty you need.
