Would Not RecommendThis stuff takes ages to dry. So far a week and still not dry… just used to fill some small spaces between boards. Will have to scrape up and use a different product.
Caulk will stain the baseboard and show molding
This is better than Caulk to cover finish nails in baseboards and shoe molding

Would RecommendPutty is really sticky at first as most are but when a little whiteing (sheet rock dust) is gradually mixed in, it has a good consistency and fills holes great!

Would Not RecommendWe had our family room renovated recently. Our contractor used this stuff to fill the nail holes in our crown trim and ship lath over the fireplace. A week after our contractor was done I proceeded to start painting. After two coats of primer and two coats of flat white latex paint, I noticed grey/yellow stains coming through the paint where the nail holes were about 4 sizes larger than the nail holes.
